Securities Act of 1934
Закон о ценных бумагах 1934 г.
Федеральный закон, регулирующий деятельность, связанную с куплей-продажей выпущенных в обращение акций. Закон регулирует фондовые биржи и внебиржевой рынок, а также лиц и организации, которые вовлечены в продажу акций. Закон приводится в исполнение Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам.
